What will I learn ?

The sales process inevitably have many blockages prior to obtaining that signed peice of paper. This workshop demonstrates that the lessons learned within the operations and project management environment can be directly applied within sales.

What is involved ?

Using standard methodologies based around the operations solution and Critical Chain, the interactive course teaches you how to manage multiple leads situations and demonstrates some simple tools that can be used to identify and remove blocakges in the sales system.
